Required Documents
Pursuant to the existing foreign employment rules, the registered manpower agencies have to produce certain documents and fulfill some procedures to get permission from the department of labour. Though the required documents may vary depending legal upon the employer country, the following are the permit documents to be submitted from the agency.
A copy of original Demand letter containing details of vacancy and terms & conditions.
Power of Attorney in favour of recruiting agencies.
Employment contract or offer letter giving the details of nature of job, wages, benefits, working hours and other substantive terms & conditions pertained to the employment.
Inter-Party agreement or commercial contract between the recruiting agency & employer.
Guarantee Letter.
